Shader was unraced as a juvenile but won easily in a pair of novice events in his three-year-old season on his second and third starts - posting winning margins of seven and a half lengths and three and three-quarter lengths respectively.
He placed on his first run as a four-year-old in May of 2025 and his blacktype breakthrough came with a win in November of that year in the Listed Floodlit Stakes at Kempton over 12 furlongs.
He is the second runner and second winner out of Gr.3 Musidora Stakes-winner Shutter Speed (Dansili).
