Repel broke her maiden in her second race as a juvenile, the Prix de Granville at Deauville in August 2025. She then lined up in the Gr.3 Prix Imprudence as a three-year-old but finished unplaced. She added another win to her record following that before making her blacktype breakthrough in the Listed Prix La Sorellina at Mont-De-Marsan at the end of July.
She is a half-sister to dual Listed-placed Crenelle (Kingman) and two other winners out of the three-time winner and Listed-placed Dansili mare Battlement. Battlement is a half-sister to the Classic-winning sire Logician (Frankel), the three-time Gr.3 winner Suffused, Gr.3 winner Okeechobee and Listed winner Collide (also by Frankel).
