Impel made a winning debut on 1st January of her three-year-old year. The performance saw her become TDN's first 'Rising Star' of 2024. Her three-year-old campaign included a third-place finish in the Gr.1 Ashland Stakes, a second in the Gr.2 Eight Belles Stakes and a third in the Gr.3 Indiana Oaks.
2025 saw her run twice in allowance company at Churchill Downs, with an unplaced finished first time out and then a win over eight furlongs on 22nd June. Her next run took her to Ellis Park where she secured her first stakes win in the eight-furlong Listed Groupie Doll Stakes on 10th August.
Her dam, Your Love, a stakes winner and Gr.2 placed daughter of Flatter, was purchased by Juddmonte for $480,000 at Keeneland November Sales. Impel is her first foal.
