Artorius made his first start in April of his three-year-old season, finishing second in a Keeneland Maiden Special Weight. His next run at Belmont Park on 10th June saw him break his maiden and earn a TDN 'Rising Star' tag with a comfortable three-quarter-length victory over Gasoline.
His stakes debut in the Listed Curlin Stakes at Saratoga on 29th July saw him pull clear to a decisive four and three-quarter length win ahead of Graded performers Gilded Age and Creative Minister.
Artorius is the first foal out of Paulassilverlining a four-time Graded winner (dual Grade 1 winner) who was acquired by Juddmonte prior to her five-year-old season in 2017.
