Ardent placed third on her juvenile debut in August 2022 and then went on to break her maiden a month later in a maiden race at Saint-Cloud over a mile. She ran once more that year, finishing unplaced in the Gr.1 Prix Marcel Boussac at ParisLongchamp.
Her three-year-old season began in October 2023 with a win in the Prix Oumnaz, conditions race at Lyon La Soie over 12 furlongs. She then went on to finish her season with her first blacktype win in the Listed Prix Petite Etoile on the all weather at Deauville, giving her sire Frankel his 4oth individual stakes winner of 2023.
She is the fifth foal from four-time Gr.1 winner Emollient (Empire Maker) and counts three stakes performers as her siblings, most notably full sister Gr.2 Prix Malleret winner Raclette.
