Apollo Fountain made her juvenile debut on 16th June in a Chantilly maiden race where she was runner-up to homebred Wertheimer & Frère filly Polyvega. The run gave trainer André Fabre the confidence to send her straight into stakes company for her second outing in the Listed Prix Yacowlef at Deauville. She bounded clear in the closing stages of the race to win by three lengths.
She is the second foal out of Gr.3 Prix de Lieurey winner Fount, a daughter of Frankel out of multiple Gr.1 winner Ventura.
